![]() Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions, here are mine:ġ) Aside from abusing cancel pay, what are some of the most common reasons you see drivers getting deactivated. (Which can sometimes take upto 6 minutes). We are not supposed to do this, but can reach out to them when we do need a answer. Most common issues usually have a answer already made for them, but anything super specific does takes more knowledge to figure out, and I even saw a post where somebody said that Id transfer to a supervisor if i did not know. I only started within the past 6 months and have so much knowledge. Just don't be dumb thinking you can outsmart a Multi BILLION corporation and your account will be fine!ĮDIT: You guys have truly AMAZING questions! Sorry if my answers are not the best/ sound like answers that are given to you when you call, im just answering to the best of my knowledge. It might take awhile but they will eventually Deactivate your account and no matter how many appeals you put in, they will uphold deactivation every time. DONT DO THIS! Spark definitely keeps track of this and will flag your account. ![]() I saw a thread in here a few days ago about people accepting then canceling orders racking up $2.5 every time they do it. Why was my account deactivated for no reason? There is usually a reason you are, but we are not allowed to tell you.Typically if you are rude, I'm just going to take my time to piss you off, and if you're being excessive/abusive on a call, I can file a ticket to get you deactivated, but if you're just kind, I personally go out of my way like I am now to help, unless there actually is NOTHING I can do. Does Wal-Mart record the calls, and can I be deactivated due to the call?Absolutely for both of these. There's only so much one or two of us can do for the hundreds/thousands of you. Currently we are aware they don't answer, and are trying to do something about this, but this will take TIME. They don't answer the phone for us either when we call. ![]()
